Personal data is collected only to answer messages, process portrait orders, confirm payment status, create the requested drawing, arrange home delivery, provide customer support, and handle privacy or legal requests. The data is not sold or rented to third parties.

Contact messages, order records, delivery details, and reference photos are retained for a maximum of 30 days after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by Tunisian law for accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion when the data is no longer needed for an active order.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data when legally possible, and objection to processing where applicable under Tunisian law.
