General terms and conditions of sale

Draw Me sells custom hand-drawn portrait services based on customer-selected size options and customer-provided reference material. The customer must review the selected size, price range, delivery note, and these terms before payment.

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND) by portrait size. Accepted payment methods are the secure online payment methods displayed before checkout and any other payment method explicitly accepted by Draw Me before order confirmation. The order is confirmed after payment validation.

Finished drawings are delivered to the home delivery address entered by the customer on the payment page. Delivery timing depends on the selected size and starts after payment confirmation and receipt of the required reference and delivery information.

An order can be corrected before payment if the customer notices an error in the selected size or delivery information. Because each portrait is personalized, the order cannot be cancelled after payment validation.

No return, exchange, or refund is available after payment because the portrait is a personalized service made for the customer. If there is an operational issue with delivery or order execution, the customer should contact Draw Me so the case can be reviewed.

For any dispute, the customer should first contact Draw Me by email or phone with the order details so an amicable solution can be attempted. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent Tunisian authorities or courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the competent courts of Tunisia.

The customer must have the right to send any reference photo or material used for the drawing and must provide accurate contact and order information.
